The microphone does not work

Sayved needs microphone permission to listen. If you declined it, open Android Settings, Apps, Sayved, Permissions, Microphone, and allow it. Speech is turned into text on your phone, so it depends on the speech recognition installed on your device. If dictation drops words, try again in a quieter place, check the language set for speech in Android, and use Settings, Help, Report a problem: it adds voice diagnostics (no audio) to the email.

A photo was not read

Allow camera or photo access in Android Settings, Apps, Sayved, Permissions. Make sure the photo is in focus and well lit. If the original was deleted from your phone after you took it, the entry cannot be read later. Entries with nothing left to read are dropped from the waiting count.

"Saved, details not filled in yet"

The entry is safe. Reading it needs a connection, and Pro (or the free trial). A prompt in Settings offers to fill in any blank entries once you have a signal and are subscribed or in your trial. If it stops early, "Try again when you have a signal".

I reached a daily limit

Each device has a daily fair-use allowance for photo reading, voice and text reading, and Ask questions, set well above normal use. The figures are on the pricing page. They reset at midnight UTC. Entries still save when you reach one, and the app says "That is today's allowance. Tap again tomorrow to carry on where this stopped."

No signal

Capture still works and the entry saves on your phone. Your log, search, charts and export are all available. Details are filled in later when you are connected.

The Ask tab will not answer

Ask is part of Pro. If your trial has ended and you have not subscribed, it is unavailable, but everything logged remains readable. See subscription help.
