Medical disclaimer
Last updated 2026-10-08
Sayved is a personal record, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Estimates are automated and can be wrong. Always talk to a qualified professional about your health, and in an emergency contact local emergency services.
What Sayved is
Sayved keeps the record you would otherwise have to remember: what you ate, took, felt, did and slept, and what the people you look after did. You can search it, chart it, ask questions about it and print a summary for an appointment.
What Sayved is not
- It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
- It does not tell you whether a symptom, number or pattern is good, bad or serious.
- It is not designed for emergencies. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services.
Estimates and automatic reading
Food, energy and other figures read from photos or sentences are estimates, shown with a range. The AI reading of your words and photos can misunderstand them. Check any entry that matters, and edit it: your correction is stored separately from the original reading. Doses, dates and values in a doctor report are only as good as what was entered, and lines the app filled in automatically are marked as not self-reported.
Medication and doses
Sayved records what you tell it. It does not check interactions, remind you of safe limits or advise on doses. Follow your prescriber's and pharmacist's instructions, not the log.
