Who makes Sayved

I'm Kamil Dzikowski. By day I'm a chief technology officer, running engineering for a company. Outside that I build my own products, and Sayved is one of them. I write about that work and about engineering with AI on kamildzikowski.com.

Why I built it

I wanted a log I would actually keep. Every tracker I tried asked for too much at the moment of logging and then graded me for it. The idea behind Sayved is simple: say what happened, or take a photo, and have it filed properly so I can ask about it later. The longer story is on why Sayved exists.

How it was built

Sayved was built with AI-assisted engineering: an experienced engineer directing AI tools, with design decisions, privacy rules and testing done by a person. The privacy and product rules are written down before the code is, which is why the app has no account, no streaks and no goals. It is a personal project, not a venture-funded company, and it is made to be small, honest and finished.

Questions, bugs and feedback go to [email protected]. In the app, Settings, then Help, then Report a problem opens an email with the technical details filled in. It contains no entries, photos or audio. The support section covers the common questions.
