Delete your Sayved data

Your log is on your phone, so you are in charge of deleting it. Here is how, and what exists outside the phone.

Delete an entry

Open the entry and choose Delete. You are asked to confirm: "It will be removed from this device. This cannot be undone."

Remove a person

Settings, then Family, then Manage family. Open the person and choose Remove this person. This permanently deletes everything logged for them (entries, photos, routines and conditions). Your own log is untouched. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

Delete everything

There is no single delete-everything button in the app. To remove everything Sayved holds on your phone, uninstall the app, or in Android settings choose Sayved, Storage, Clear data. Both remove every profile, entry and photo copy. Export first if you want to keep a record.

What we hold elsewhere

No health data, entries or photos are stored on our servers. The text or downscaled photo sent for reading is processed and not kept.
A random device code and daily usage counters, used for fair-use limits. They identify no person.
For Pro, Google Play verifies your purchase. Billing is held by Google, not by Sayved.

Your Google Play subscription is separate: uninstalling does not cancel it. See subscription help.
